Josty is an institution of culture and wellbeing. Established in 1824 on the edge of Frederiksberg Gardens, we have long been a place where the city gathers. Quietly, naturally, over time.

We are a café, a hotel, and a house for gatherings. Mornings begin softly over coffee, days unfold across the table, and evenings settle into celebrations — from intimate dinners to weddings, conferences, and larger occasions.
